Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-4 days to process your order. Expect an email within this time to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP – Unit 7, 2 Distribution Lane, Sockburn, Christchurch 8042

Orders can be picked up daily, from our warehouse at Unit 7, 2 Distribution Lane, Sockburn, Christchurch 8042.  You will need to email or call prior to arriving, to ensure your order is ready for pickup. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 days via our preferred shipping providers; Post Haste and NZ Couriers.

FREIGHT CHARGES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Freight charges on any goods you order from us are as follows:

North Island orders incur a freight charge of $19.90+gst per order
South Island orders incur a freight charge of $14.90+gst per order
North Island Rural orders incur a freight charge of $24.90+gst per order
South Island Rural orders incur a freight charge of $16.90+gst per order

*Exclusions include Express Courier Services, Oversized, Drop Ship, Custom and Special-Order products.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@altasafety.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
